HaiSurvey is uniquely design to conducting online survey and can be use for complex questionnaire design in setting up the script and logic check. We can directly track the collected data from the system in realtime.

Answer:

To determine organization performance we could see from development of the brand. W&S study based on development of PBI (Popular Brand Index) concept which included community top of mind brand, expansive or spread of the brand, total purchase or last used of the brand, and consumer intention to purchase brand.

Answer:

Crosstab is more specific data to classify the percentage of the answer among demographic profile or selected group of people/answer.

Answer:

GT stand for general table. It's mean the frequency data for each question that's asked.

[Question]: How can we trust the member answer?

Answer:

Quality is our top concern, therefore, we strictly manage our Panel in every stage from registration to survey responding by two main methods:
+ Personnel censoring: manually check register information of sole member, survey results and other activities on panel.
+System censoring: automatic checking through periodic trap, logic and reverse questions.
For customized surveys, our personnel will work in parallel with the system to select the right respondents as client requirements.

[Question]: How many sample should we collect?

Answer:

It's depend on client industry, target and budget. Usually we recommend 400 sample for 95% confidence level. The sample can be vary by 30, 60, 100, 120, 240, 300, 400 and higher depending on the quota.

Answer:

A standard survey will usually have a confidence level of 95% and margin of error of 5% which mean we can trust the data 95% and we must accept that the data is not accurate by 5% error.

The member will received points in participating in each questionnaire. Once they collect enough point they can exchange the points to voucher or gift as they wish at the Reward Center.

Incidents Rate is precentage of approximately number of targeted people match with the profile requirement of the study. The IR may represent level of the difficulties and affect the cost fee.
